Policies and Guidelines

 

 

PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY CHILDREN FRIENDS OR RELATIVES TO ANY APPOINTMENT.  YOU WILL BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE IF ACCOMPANIED BY ANYONE.  A $30 RESCHEDULING FEE WILL APPLY, THAT WILL BE PAID PRIOR TO THE RESCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

Refunds/Cancellations: Deposits for all services including all consultations are non refundable.  Cancellations and rescheduling for other appointments must be given notice within 48 hrs.

Health and Safety: Please shampoo locs within 24hrs of your retightening or styling appointment. If dry scalp is an issue, please refrain from scratching the scalp, instead,  clean the area with  a q-tip dipped in witch hazel or sea breeze.

 

Tardiness/No Shows: A confirmation text is sent the day prior to  scheduled appointments.    All clients are given a 15 minute grace period without notice. 30 minutes or more without notice will result in a  missed appointment and a $30 fee will be assessed. Failure to respond to the confirmation text will result in a cancelled appointment, and a $30  rebooking fee will be assessed and will need to be paid in order to secure another appointment.  Two consecutve tardinesses of 30 minutes or more  or no shows will result in a notice of termination of services.

 

Appointments: Future appointments should be made at the end of the session to keep within the 4 or 6  week cycle. Appointments must  be confirmed by client via response to confirmation text the day prior to scheduled appointment.  If a client does not  confirm via text or call, appointment may be lost.
